Aine Marshall

Originally from the North West, Aine gained her Bachelor of Dental Science from Manchester University in 1999. Following graduation, she came to work as a Dentist at The Art of Dentistry under the mentorship of the previous owner, Roy Parbury, then became the Principal at the end of 2013.

Aine is passionate about her work and loves the combination of science and art which it involves. She particularly enjoys cosmetic cases and the challenge of rebuilding and restoring a worn out dentition. Aine is keen to employ minimally invasive techniques and to preserve and enhance what nature has provided whenever possible. She regularly attends courses in order to keep up to date with the ever-changing world of Dentistry and the new technologies available.

As Practice Principal, Aine is dedicated to supporting and encouraging all staff members to achieve and maintain an exemplary skill set and provide an impeccable service to patients, always putting the patients best interest first. It is her aim to provide great results for patients in a beautiful and relaxing environment.

Having spent over 15 years at the same practice Aine has had the pleasure of caring for many generations of families at The Art of Dentistry and raves that the patients (at the practice) are among the nicest people one could meet. The positive feedback from patients fuels her desire to create a continually improving service which is truly patient focused.


evaEva Dickinson

Associate Dentist

Eva gained her BDS from London in 2003. After a brief period working in Devon, she joined The Art of Dentistry as an associate dentist in 2005.

Eva particularly enjoys cosmetic dentistry including adult orthodontics. She has a talent for putting nervous patients at ease and has helped many to overcome their dental phobias and achieve a new smile.

Eva is committed to constantly improving her skills and knowledge by attending regular postgraduate courses and is about to embark upon a 1 year certificate course in Aesthetic Dentistry, beginning in September 2015.


seanSean Khine

Associate Dentist

Sean graduated from Guy’s, King’s and St.Thomas’ Dental Institute, London in 2004. He subsequently worked as a Vocational Trainee at The Art of Dentistry then as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Brighton/Eastbourne Hospital. After working at several other practices, he then returned to The Art of Dentistry in 2010 where he has remained since.

Sean was awarded Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons, London in 2007. In 2011, he commenced a 3-year Masters degree in Endodontic Practice at the Queen Mary University of London Dental Institute and subsequently graduated with Merit in 2014. Sean is now considered to be a dentist with a ‘special interest in Endodontics’ and provides endodontic treatment for patients at the practice. His clinical interests include root canal retreatments and facial pain. He has also held a part-time position of ‘Specialty Dentist in Endodontics’ at the Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel, and also currently provides endodontic treatment for practices in Wanstead and Grays on a part-time basis. He is a member of the British Endodontic Society.

Outside the practice, Sean is a keen traveller, enjoying visiting far-flung countries and trying different cuisines. He enjoys cooking/eating out, playing guitar (badly!), keeping fit and is passionate about sport, especially horse-racing!


jessicaJessica Parmar

Associate Dentist

Jessica, joined The art of Dentistry in 2014. Originally from Yorkshire, she moved down South to train at Guys, Kings and St Thomas’ Dental Institute in London, qualifying in 2006.

She has since worked in cosmetic dental practices in both Essex and  central London, providing both general and cosmetic dentistry, improving her patients’ mouths, maintaining their good oral health and transforming patient smiles.

Jessica is committed to continual further education. She gained her postgraduate qualification, MJDF, from the Royal College of Surgeons  in 2011, and more recently completed year long training with the prestigious Michael Wise education programme, improving her knowledge and skills in high end restorative dentistry and evidence-based dental care.

She has a keen interest in providing general dentistry, especially crown/bridge work and cosmetic dentistry, including veneers, replacing old, tired silver fillings to white fillings (where indicated), and teeth whitening. She is also an experienced Invisalign provider (to provide teeth straightening with clear aligner technology).

Her priority is to provide high quality dentistry in a very gentle and relaxing manner, allowing patients to feel at ease at all times. She has a warm, caring and friendly nature, and aims to always leave her patients with a bright, confident and healthy smile.

Outside the practice, Jessica has recently got married and is settling into her new life in Colchester. Her hobbies include cooking, swimming and travelling to new places!


AgathoklisAgathoklis (Agi) Keramidas

Associate Dentist

BDS Greece 2002, MSc Manchester 2015

Agi qualified from the dental school of University of Thessaloniki in 2002. For the following 7 years, he practiced dentistry in his own dental surgery in Greece. In 2010, he moved to the UK and built his clinical skills working in dental practices initially in Kent, and then in Suffolk.

In 2013 he began studying for a Masters degree in restorative and aesthetic dentistry at the University of Manchester, and subsequently graduated with distinction in 2015. Since 2013 he has been working in private practice in Suffolk.

Agi is passionate about dentistry and he is a very calm and collected person, friendly, kind, and reassuring to his patients. Outside the practice, Agi enjoys keeping fit, reading and personal development, travelling and sailing.
